We had an unforgettable vacation at the Grand Wailea, enjoying the stunning pools and engaging activities. The staff made us feel incredibly welcomed, contributing to a top-notch family-friendly experience. A couple of minor annoyances were the reserving of pool chairs by other guests and some overzealous music at the beach. However, the overall atmosphere was delightful, and we found every corner of the hotel captivating.

We had an incredible time at the resort! The expansive pool area offered something for everyone, and the views from our room were breathtaking. The staff was consistently attentive and made us feel special, especially during the Grand Luau experience. While the dining options were solid, I wish there had been even more variety during breakfast. Overall, a fantastic getaway for families.

While we enjoyed our stay, the service from certain staff was not as welcoming as we had hoped, particularly during our interactions with valet and reception.
